<p>On one hand it seems almost astonishing but on the other it is the most natural thing in the world.  The world is getting smaller and the world is for sale!  It is a laugh out loud statement but it is also a thing of joy.  Real estate around the world is calling to investors of all kinds and investor groups are buying in all kinds of currencies because there is a lot of cash floating around- contrary to popular news reports.</p>
<p><strong>What is the one thing the smart money people know for sure? </strong></p>
<p>If you have too much cash and the value of cash is going down the tubes, you need to get that money into solid assets as quickly as possibly.  Why is that you may ask? The truth is just think on it for a moment.  If you have too much liquidity and the value of the dollar is dropping today, doesn&#8217;t that mean that tomorrow you may have to spend more dollars to buy the same things thus using up even more of your cash?</p>
<p><strong>So what is there in the way of hard assets for you to buy besides gold&#8230; just land!  They won&#8217;t be making anymore of that!</strong></p>
<p>With real estate prices at near record lows in the U.S. and elsewhere, individuals and international investor&#8217;s groups are looking to buy in highly desirable locations such as large cities like New York and and London, and coastal areas where beach properties and businesses are becoming stretched thin with lower prices and less disposable income to support them.</p>
<p>In fact, investors are buying all kinds of real estate in all kinds of markets whether lots, multi-units, private homes, condos, or deeded mobile homes and parks.   This economic depression is not unique to Americans but rather global, and globally property values are taking a beating.  Enter investor groups to save the day.</p>
<p>Along with investors, we see another type of buyer looking for deals on vacation properties in the U.S. and that is the &#8216;second home&#8217; buyers who travel frequently and either do business or vacations far from home. While many are cutting back on travel and vacations, there are those who are out shopping right now to increase holdings and further lock in their wealth thru real estate acquisitions for privately held portfolios.</p>

<p>On the one hand this is one of the worst economic scenarios in modern history for many people and on the other &#8211; this may actually be one of the best times in our lifetime to create genuine wealth in real estate. The opportunities are abundant because there is so much defaulting paper and such a large quantity of bank owned property.</p>
<p>In addition, many experts believe that we have not hit the worst part of the real estate market yet and that the magnitude of loans that are going to go bad in the next couple of years will dwarf that of the savings and loan crisis in the 80&#8242;s and 90&#8242;s.</p>
